The 57-acre plantation style Ocean Creak Resort offers a multitude of lodging options for those looking to vacation in Myrtle Beach. From the serene oceanfront resort towers to the cozy lodge villas, Ocean Creek has the right accommodations for you.  Spend your afternoons relaxing by one of our eight pools or playing a rousing game of tennis on our clay courts (tennis shoes with flat herringbone pattern required).  Located just south of North Myrtle Beach, Ocean Creek is adjacent to Barefoot Landing and a short car ride away from Myrtle Beach Mall.  With plenty of on-site dining including the Four Seasons Restaurant, the Water Oaks Conference Center and our oceanfront Beach Club Bar and Grill, Ocean Creek possesses everything needed to give you an unforgettable vacation!

Four Seasons Restaurant – Offering a buffet-style breakfast the Four Seasons restaurant is a terrific place to start off your day at the beach. Our delicious buffet includes pancakes, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage, hash browns, grits, fresh fruit, cereal, a variety of fruit juices and more. 

Oceanfront Beach Club Bar and Grill – Located on the outermost part of the property near the beach, Ocean Creek’s Oceanfront Beach Club Bar and Grill is a great place to grab a light snack, a cool drink, or even a full meal.  Lunch options include delicious grilled burgers, chicken, hot dogs, and more! With fresh daiquiris, virgin smoothies and cold beverages, the Beach Club is also the place to be after an afternoon of lounging on the beach.

Nearby Recreation

Located across the street from the world-famous Barefoot Landing, Ocean Creek is just footsteps from fantastic shopping, dining, attractions and entertainment.  Centrally located along the Grand Strand, Ocean Creek is within close proximity to over 100 golf courses including the Norman, Fazio, Love and Dye courses at Barefoot Landing, which are just minutes away. A secluded beach allows guests to take part in numerous watersport activities including boogie-boarding, swimming, fishing, and surfing. 

Policies

Total includes room, resort, booking, destination marketing fees, and taxes as well as any purchased additional services. Taxes and fees subject to change. The first nights room and tax as well as any additional services for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation. One responsible adult, 25 years or older, must be staying in each unit. An additional $10 per person, per night may be added for adults ages 17 or older; kids 16 or younger stay free within maximum occupancy. Pets are not allowed.  A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit.  Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in.  Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

A $10/night per vehicle registration fee will be charged at check-in.  Special parking is provided, at your own risk, for trailer, buses, recreational vehicles, large trucks and motorcycles at the entrance of the resort as they are not permitted on the resort property. Pack and Plays are available on a first come, first serve basis at check in. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID. A $200 credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in as a security deposit. Pre-Authorization, less any charges, released upon check out. Availability of funds may vary based upon your financial institution and account type and may take 10+ days. All special requests are subject to availability upon check in. 

Your remaining balance is due upon check in** and can be paid via major credit card* or debit card. Credit or debit cards must have a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo and must be imprinted with the cardholder’s name; matching photo ID must also be presented. We are unable to accept checks, money orders, cash, pre-paid cards, gift cards or foreign currencies. *A 2.5% convenience fee will be added at check in for credit card payments, however this fee is waived for debit card payments.  **Some packages/special offers may have different deposit/payment requirements. Please refer to the details of the rate plan.

Additional Willow Bend Policies

Willow Bend reservations include access to the Willow Bend private community pool, as well as access to the seasonal Four Seasons Restaurant and seasonal Beach Club Bar & Grill. Access to additional Ocean Creek amenities and pools is not available. Check-out time is 10am.

25% of your total reservation is due at time of booking. Balance will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations within 30 days, 100% of the total is due at time of booking.

Daily maid service is not included. However, a $125 plus tax, departure cleaning fee is required. The departure cleaning fee is non-refundable. Check-in is available at the front desk at Ocean Creek Resort. Parking available for 2 vehicles. Pets are not allowed.  A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit.  Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in.  Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

A $250 refundable security deposit is due upon check-in. Charges will be applied to your $250 security deposit only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid balances, if check-out procedures are not followed or checking out later than 10 a.m. Security deposits will be refunded within 10 days of departure less any charges. 

Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded 100% of the initial deposit paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days will be refunded 50% of total amount paid. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded. No refunds for early departures. VIP Plan is not available for purchase with Willow Bend reservations. Additional services are non-refundable. Willow Bend reservations cannot be changed to alternate accommodations at any time.

Ocean Creek's Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan

Add Ocean Creek's Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan to your reservation in order to protect your vacation investment (call for pricing details!). The VIP Plan can be purchased at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking, and will offer you the following great benefits to give you complete peace of mind before and during your hard earned vacation:

-Cancel any time before 4 PM on your check in day and your deposit will be refunded in full
-Make changes to your reservation as you need*
-In the unfortunate event that your stay is cut short, you will receive a refund for the remaining portion of your stay*


By declining the VIP Plan, you understand that the following will apply to your reservation:

-The reservation deposit is non-refundable
-Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes*
-No refund for early departures

*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.

VIP Plan is not valid with winter monthly snowbird reservations. Not valid with Willow Bend reservations.

 

Accidental Damage Protection

Accidents happen, but that shouldn’t be a concern while on vacation. This agreement covers non-negligent or accidental damage to your unit that may occur during your stay. If something breaks, simply let us know immediately and your agreement kicks in to repair or replace the item. Most importantly, you are provided with peace of mind and can get back to enjoying your vacation with no worries! 
  • The Accidental Damage Protection Plan is an optional fee that is $39.99.
  • This plan provides coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage.
  • This may include but is not limited to; furniture damage, scratches, scuffs or spills on carpet, bedspreads, broken lamp or scratches or scuffs to walls.
  • This fee is non-refundable and is added to your balance.
  • Any damage claim must be reported to the resort prior to check-out.
  • The Accidental Damage Protection Plan does not cover intentional or malicious damage due to abuse or damage incurred while violating resort guidelines. For example, this may include but is not limited to smoking, pets, parties or other resort guidelines.
  • If you opt to decline this optional coverage, a $200 preauthorization to a credit card will be required at check in to cover potential damage. 
 
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Minor, non-negligent damage to the unit. This may include but is not limited to scratches to the furniture, walls, accidental breakage of glassware, spills, minor stains, and accidental furnishings breakage. Each registered guest is protected by this waiver and will not be obligated to pay for accidental loss or damage to the unit or its contents up to $1,000.
 
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Intentional or Neglectful damage to the unit.  This may include but is not limited to: damage caused by a party, damage caused by smoking or pets, theft or removal of unit inventory, furniture breakage if determined to be negligent. All damage must be reported by the guest prior to checkout. Damage not reported prior to check out or discovered by the resort is not covered. Damage to guests’ personal property is not covered. 
 
WHAT IF I DECLINE THE Accidental Damage Protection Plan?  If you decline this optional plan, we will run your credit card for a $200 preauthorization at arrival to cover potential damage. If there is no damage to the unit, this charge will be removed seven to ten business days after your stay. If damage does occur, repair/replacement costs for damages will be deducted from this deposit.  Any costs that exceed the deposit will be charged to the credit card on file.
